We deliver to NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, SA and NT. We are unable to send to Western Australia or Tasmania because of their biosecurity rules on food and plant products.

When your order ships
Everything is packed by hand on the farm. We take your order to the post office within 3 business days of you placing it, and we'll email you when your parcel is on its way. Delivery time after that depends on where you are.
We are a small farm in a rural area, so we offer standard delivery only (no express).
Returns and refunds
If something is not right, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery through our contact form, or by replying to your order confirmation email, with your order number.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. A photo of the problem helps us sort it quickly. You don't need to send food items back.
Change of mind
Because most of our products are food or skin-care items, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
