Hot Chilli Sauce

A good honest hot chilli sauce, with real heat and real flavour. Sweet, sticky and fragrant with ginger, galangal, kaffir lime and star anise. This one is labelled hot for a reason!

Try it on: eggs, barbecue, tacos, burgers, pizza, stir-fries and noodles, dumplings and spring rolls, a glaze for chicken wings or pork belly, and in marinades.

Handcrafted in small batches on our farm, packed in a 300ml glass jar.
